Set check-in and check-out once, up front. Every room in this booking shares these dates — a different date range means a separate booking, not a per-room override later.
If you plan to share, please send us the full name and email address of the person you will be sharing with when you request your booking link. Your room-mate must then make their own booking independently, using their own link, so that each of you holds a reservation in your own name.
If you would like to share but do not have a room-mate, tell us and we shall try to pair you with another delegate. If we are unable to find a match, you will be charged the single occupancy rate.
Double occupancy rooms have a single king bed. If you plan to share, one of you should make the booking and enter the other's full name and email address in the second guest field so that both of you are on our lists for transport and the excursion.
The confirmation and invoice go to the person who makes the booking.
The booking contact is who we send the confirmation and invoice to. Each room also needs the name of the person staying in it — the hotel's front desk checks guests in by name, so the person in the room does not have to be the person booking. A room that sleeps more than one adult has a field for each of them; only the first is required.
Prices shown already include payment processing. Charges are in USD regardless of your home currency.
A confirmation email with this invoice has been sent. Show it at the hotel front desk along with photo ID — the front desk looks you up by name and email, not by any reference number.
Invoice numbers are for our own reconciliation only. They are not recognised by the hotel — front-desk check-in matches on guest name and email against the master list sent to the hotel separately.
