Accompanying Person Package — US$300

Delegates traveling with a partner, spouse, or family member are warmly invited to register them for the accompanying person package. The package is designed so that guests share the social life of the conference and see something of the region while the scientific sessions are under way.

The package includes:

• Opening reception at the Radisson Blu, Sunday 13 December, with coach transport from VIT
• Closing reception on the VIT campus
• Full-day excursion to Mahabalipuram and DakshinaChitra, including coach transport, entry fees, lunch and dinner
• Conference dinners on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 December

The price is US$300 per accompanying person, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is taken at registration.

Please note that the package does not include accommodation, airport transfers, daytime meals during the conference, or admission to the scientific sessions and poster halls. Accompanying persons are welcome at the receptions and excursion but are not registered delegates.
