If you need a letter of invitation for a visa application, we will supply this after full payment is received.

Do not apply for your visa yet. VIT is completing the required government clearances, after which we provide participant lists to the relevant embassies. Please apply only once we confirm this is complete. We will write to all registered delegates when that happens. Please do submit your passport details now , as these feed the lists.

Submitting your visa details. Visa submission is a separate step from conference registration.

  • If you registered recently, you were taken through visa submission as part of the same process, and no further action is needed.
  • If you registered earlier, log in with your existing account and go to Submit Visa Requirement . Please do not create a second account. Your registration is already recorded.

Submit VISA Requirement

Details submitted here are held by the VIT International Office and used solely for the participant list filed with the Government of India.

Indian visa rules require at least six months' passport validity beyond your date of arrival. Your passport expires before 30 June 2027, so you will need to renew it before traveling and apply for your visa on the new passport.
